The inspiration to do something useful came from the recent Paralympics. If the Para Olympians could do such a wonderful job, why are we still sitting at home and watching TV? We should get out there and do something which will help the community and also make us feel  happy…. What better way than to do something for a local charity? St Luke’s Hospice is based in Kenton, Harrow and care for people whose illnesses are no longer curable, enabling them to achieve the best possible quality of life during the final stages of their illness.

 

So we have decided to take part in abseiling at St Luke’s on 14 October 2012. Please support us in whatever way you can.
