Liz and I will be abseiling the Orbit (144m) in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, London for Moorfields Eye Charity on Sunday 17th September. 

Liz has done abseiling for a charity before; I have done many heights related activity but this will be my first free abseil experience. Neither of us have abseiled from this height. It will be a big challenge for both of us and scary!
