Running the Manchester 10K 2019 for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) to help us save men's lives.

Story

I have decided to take part in my first running event and have chosen to fundraise for the charity CALM. Any donations are hugely appreciated and below is a brief description of what CALM is and a link to the website. Thank you for taking the time to read/donate.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. Our goal is a life less miserable for you, your friends, your family and for all men.
