A am a father, four-time best selling author, educational advocate, and founder of the SHINE Institute; an organization geared to connecting academic inquiry with business skills to develop the next generation of global leaders.  My life purpose if centered around advancing students through a comprehensive educational process that promotes excellence and provides them with the skills and resources necessary to become globally competitive leaders of the future.  Starting out with local community mentoring efforts and a unique story, I have become a highly skilled educator and entrepreneurial strategist that has impacted over 30,000 students across the world.  My mother, grandmother and aunt were all breast cancer Survivors and I am committed to supporting women who are fighting breast cancer.  I believe that it takes more than a strong woman to fight breast cancer, it also takes a strong community supporting her.
