Myself Kyle Tyrer (Taz) and Luke Brown (Brownie) Will be setting off from Ardent Hire Solutions Ipswich on a 289 mile trip to Pegasus bridge in France. We will be carryng an Airborne tabbing weight of 55lbs myself serving 7 years in 9 Para Sqn R.E with 2 tours of Afghanistan. Luke who served 6 years with 2 Parachute Battalion and also completing a tour of Afghanistan. We will T.A.B 238 miles in 7 days on the 30th of May to arrive at Pegasus Bridge on the famous 6th of June D Day.

Ardent Hire Solutions my place of work have been kind enough again to support me in organising this event as they did in September 2017 when I ran from Warrington to Ipswich 210 in 5 days. Ardent have paid for accommodation, breakfast and evening meal for myself, Luke and Ken also the ferry crossing at Newhaven. A support vehicle will follow myself and Luke and meet us at check points set on the route also been donated by Ardent. Massive thank you to Diane Colquhoun who has done all the admin work for this event and even did 8.5 miles on a training day.

We are trying to raise as much money as possible for the charity Walking with the Wounded who do amazing work for ex veterans all over the UK.

Please help and donate as much as you can to help this event and to get ex veterans who have served on tours back on their feet.

Many thanks Taz, Brownie and Ken
