This October I will be running the London Marathon in support of Dementia UK.

Dementia UK provide Admiral Nurses to families affected by all forms of Dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease. These Nurses provide life-changing care for families affected.

Their nurses are there when people need help. They have the time to listen and the knowledge to solve problems. As dementia specialists, Admiral Nurses help families manage complex needs – considering the person living with dementia and the people around them – and they can advise other healthcare professionals.

This is my first ever Marathon, a challenge I am excited but nervous for! Any donations to help me achieve my target for such a worthy charity would be much appreciated. I will post updates on my training throughout
