Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

I've raised lots of money in the past for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Donate Life America, and a few other other charities that have benefitted me greatly. But for the first time I will be taking my fundraising efforts across the ocean (not counting the hop from California to Hawaii) and raising money for a charity in Great Britain - the British Heart Foundation.

You know my deal. On October 10, 2006, I received the gift of life when I was finally made whole again with a heart transplant. The previous 17 years I'd been battling multiple forms of blood cancers, multiple times, and then dealing with the severely damaged heart that was left behind by the treatments.

Since that magical night in October returned me to full health, I've been swimming, running, biking, and raising money for two complimentary reasons: to honor my donor's life, and the help others receive the same second chance that I was gifted.

BHF expertly supports these ends, and I proudly support them. So please, help support me by donating here.

Thank you/Cheers!

Kyle
