I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to support Thomas's fund who are a local music therapy charity targeting to help children aged 0-19 with life limiting or life threatening illnesses and disabilities, which for medical reasons means they are too ill to attend school for extended periods.

The charity was founded by Lucy Smith and Jan Hall. 

Lucy very sadly lost her son Thomas aged 10, who had a neurodegenerative condition in 2004, which is why the fund was set up in the first place.  They have gone on to help and support many families, but like with many small charities they need all the help they can from local communities to help keep their charity alive in Thomas' memory and to allow them to continue to do the good work that they do.
