I decided to raise some money for charity whilst taking on a challenge of a lifetime!  I will be running a half marathon in Massachusetts, New England, USA in September.  Massachusetts has a very big place in my heart after living and working there as an Au Pair in my 20's.  

Running has become my latest passion and my dream was to go back to Massachusetts and run.  In 2008 I was hit head on by another motorist and was badly injured.  I have a 12 inch femoral nail and screws from my hip to my ankle, so running is not always easy!

I thought the challenge would be a good opportunity to raise money for a charity close to my heart.  If you would be so kind as to make a small donation, it will give me a reason to keep putting one foot in front of the other, when the going gets tough.  Thank you so much.
