While in the past I have undertaken charity challenges, including the three peaks, i am particularly existing about this one. In the past i have sailed around the Isle of Wight and now it is time to walk it. 

Over the August bank holiday weekend, roughly 14 people will walk the entire coastal path of the Isle of Wight, roughly 72 miles to raise money for The Trussell Trust. We are all lucky that we don't have to feel the hardships of those we are supporting, it will be hard and tiring, it will involve blisters and possibly sunburn (or windchill and trench foot), but at the end of the day, we will retire having had a full plate of food and snacks on the way. Some people, many more than you realise, do not have this luxury. Please people, we know there is a cost of living crisis, but now is the time to dig deep and help those not as fortunate as you. We all thank you for any donation you can spare.
