In many ways Kyriacou got the better of Alzheimer's  and dementia. She found ways of dealing with it and never let it get in the way of her relationships with loved ones. In keeping with her strength of character and determination, she left this world on her own terms before Alzheimer's had an opportunity to tighten it's grip. 

Thank you for supporting a cause in her name. Hopefully this disease will be cured one day.
