I am taking part in London to Paris virtual cycle to raise funds for this amazing charity that helps people with long term health conditions  to find work. I am a part of the team, and each of us getting to our target miles differently - biking, running, or walking. I am going to run every day this week! 

As we take on this challenge, many others are faced with a different challenge every day. That is, the challenge of living with a long term health condition and not being able to find work.
