Hey All,

Some of you may know that I'm running the Bupa Manchester 10k on Sunday 15th May, that is TOMORROW! I've chosen to run for Mind - a Mental Health Charity who do a lot of work raising awareness of mental health issues and negative stigmas that may be attached to it. The charity also provides support for friends and family who have been affected by mental health issues - in my opinion a very worthy cause indeed.
