We all know about the main charities like cancer research, rspca, Tommy's etc, but before we lost holly, I never knew of sands. It never occurred to me that I would loose a baby at 39 weeks in such an awful way. Holly was stillborn, a postmortem concluded that there was no known reason for her passing. She was loved by her parents and two sisters, nanny's and grandad. It had a ripple effect, meaning her passing caused us all to cope differently. Having to explain to your children that their new baby has died is the worst thing ever, so hard to comprehend. Our local hospital provided us with sands leaflets, explaining how to make it possible to explain to children, how to support grandparents and each other through a hard time. Without sands support, the hard times would have been harder.  I'm asking family and friends, to make a small donation to sands as it's Christmas and I want to keep Holly's memory alive ❤❤
