Right folks, i’ve made a questionable life choice and in a moment of haste some months back I signed up to run a half marathon on 9th October 2022.

The reality of my action has now come to surface and it’s time to face into it! I’m frankly grossly unprepared and have yet to complete a week of any sensible training plan. It’s going to be a brutal 21K, like watching a lamb to the slaughter. 

So that my efforts aren’t completely in vain, i’ll be donning my kicks to raise money for the wonderful charity, Refugee Action. I am extremely grateful for anything you’re able to donate, as are the beneficiaries of your generosity.
