Here at Ladies Fitness Express we never shy away from a challenge and have taken part in a range of charity events ranging from Runs, Hikes and Bike Rides. As a ladies only gym, we are proud to support not only a local hospice but this ladies only event.

The 'Starlight Walk' is Aldridge's first ever Starlight Ladies Only 7.5mile Walk around the historic Town of Aldridge and is all in aid of St Giles Hospice in Walsall with a start time of 8pm we can forget our mugs of Horlicks and our quiet night in and don our themed outfits and walking boots and put our best foot forward to raise as much money as we can for a hospice that does incredible work.
