COVID-19 is having a major impact on the mental health of vulnerable people in our community, causing grief, trauma, isolation and anxiety. You can help us to reach out to them with our emotional and wellbeing support by making a donation.

Story

COVID-19 is having a major impact on people's mental wellbeing - in our local community, we are seeing people experiencing grief, trauma, anxiety, loneliness and isolation. Working from home is causing stress, and adding pressure to relationships. At Mind in Kingston, we are supporting people to look after their mental wellbeing and during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our services so they can be accessed by email, online, by phone and by video. It is highly likely this will continue for quite some time to come, and to help us do so, we are asking for donations to support this vital work. We are delivering kits to people at home including art, physical activity and self-care kits, and we are working with experts to deliver sessions that reduce isolation, improve self-confidence and self-esteem, elevate people's mood and keep people connected. You can help by making a donation and support our work. #nevermoreneeded
