Throughout March 2021, I'm participating in the Lady Garden Challenge and raising money for the Lady Garden Foundation. I will be completing 100km via foot, bike and potentially crawling towards the end. I even bought my first pair of running trainers in 9 years in a bid to help me get over the finish line in one piece. **********ABOUT THE CHARITY********** The Lady Garden Foundation is a national women’s health charity, raising awareness and funding for gynaecological health. We started in 2014 and initially funded groundbreaking research into the treatment of these cancers at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. As the oldest cancer hospital in the world, The Royal Marsden remains one of the largest cancer centres in Europe, with a truly global impact. The money raised by the Lady Garden Foundation funded cutting-edge studies which we hope will revolutionise the treatment of these cancers. We continue to raise funds and awareness for gynaecological health.
