Having run the Great Manchester Run the last two years I've decided to give the other Manchester 10k a try - and so that means I'm asking you again for your pennies!

This year I'm raising money for Greater Manchester Immigration Aid Unit. I'm currently doing my Social Work placement there and it has allowed me to see first hand all the important work that they do in helping some of the most vulnerable people living in this country. They provide legal immigration advice and representation, and many of the people they see are seeking protection in the UK, including women fleeing violence, separated children and people who are destitute.
