Restart a Heart can save lives, by providing the right training, resources and opportunities so people can learn how to react when someone collapses and stops breathing normally. And in the wake of the pandemic, which saw bystander CPR levels decrease and put thousands more lives at risk, these skills are needed more than ever. Thats why the role you play is so important.

This year,  I am climbing the Kili and hoping for that strong  beating heart and powerful lungs. Remembering my dad and mum who suddenly left because of heart failure.
