Story

Hello! As a lot of you know on the 9th January 2014 I was diagnosed with a type of blood cancer, Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I was in total shock and didn't ever think I would hear those words "you have cancer". After 12 rounds of ABVD chemotherapy which took 6 months, 2 rounds of IVE chemo, 6 days of BEAM chemo and an auto stem cell transplant, and several months in and out of hospital I was finally told on the 30th June 2015 I was cancer FREE.

Chemotherapy was brutal. I lost my hair not once but twice and it's one of the hardest things I have ever gone through but I came out of it stronger than ever so I have decided to run a half marathon wether that's crazy or not I'm not sure but it's for an amazing charity and one I'm so proud to be involved with and that's Blood Cancer UK.

Blood Cancer UK do some amazing work and if it wasn't for the research they do I wouldn't be here today so now I'm better I can give something back too the charity that helped save my life.

Anything you can give will help BEAT blood cancer SOONER.

Thank YOU!
