This fast approaching April, four of us are attempting to cycle from Land's End to John o' Groats across our little island. Averaging a distance of 100 miles a day for 9 days straight.

We are raising money for 'Mind', a worthy charity which is deeply personal to all of us.

None of us have ever ridden 100 miles before, let alone 1000 miles in only 9 days.
