Myself and three colleagues will be cycling Lands End to John O'Groats in late September. From the rocky cliffs and pounding seas of Land’s End, through the rolling hills of Dartmoor, passing the stunning mountains of the Lake District and along the Lochs of Great Glen to our finish line at the Northernmost point of the UK mainland. Land's End to John O'Groats will test us over nearly 1000 miles to our limits. .

The LNWH Charity is the official, dedicated charity for London North West University Healthcare Trust and i have chosen this charity primarily to support a more localised charity but recently the LNWH charity provided the most amazing care and support to a close friend and their partner in saving the life of their newborn child.  

The LNWH charity supports innovative projects that improve our patient and staff experience, including cutting-edge technology and medical research.

Everything the LNWH charity does goes above and beyond standard NHS funding
