This is a charity very close to our families hearts, I will be running the Great North run in September and Ryan will be joining me for the Great South run in October. Somebody very close to us was diagnosed with bowel cancer in March this year and after a challenging 5 months is now cancer free and has kicked the big C’s butt. Please give whatever you can however large or small to help raise funds for this amazing charity and remember…….in the words of Dame Deborah James……check your poo 💩
