In four months, Squat2Fit will be participating in one of the biggest fitness challenges of our lives. We have entered a team in the 5k-13 Obstacles Tough Mudder Challenge, London, 9th May 2020. These obstacles often play on common human fears, such as fire, water, electricity and heights. This event is a real test of your mental strength, determination and, most importantly, teamwork. I am pleased to confirm that we have chosen Shooting Star Children’s Hospice as our fundraising charity, because of the amazing work they do in caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
