Having lost relatives and friends to Motor Neurone Disease, I am mindful of the cruel and unforgiving nature of the illness.  Sailing round the UK is a huge challenge with many risks, though it comes with freedom.  Motor Neurone Disease strips away the ability to move little by little.  I would like to honour the life we have and use my time to help those who suffer this frightening disease and hope that you too can help by giving generously to this excellent cause.
