Cardiff Half Marathon 2019 · 6 October 2019 ·
The vast majority of people have had their lives touched by cancer, either directly or indirectly. My father died of brainstem cancer but I was more lucky. Seven years ago I was diagnosed with Stage 3c bowel cancer but thanks to the NHS supported by cancer research I've survived (so far anyway :)). I got into running two years ago with parkrun and last year ran my first Cardiff Half marathon for 8 years. I survived that so I'm running again this year for Cancer Research Wales. Please help me to support the world-class cancer research happening here in Wales by donating what you can. Thankyou
