Some of you will remember that almost a year to the day we took on the Virtual Vitality 10k to raise vital funds for Horatio's Garden, a national charity creating and nurturing beautiful, accessible gardens in NHS spinal injury centres to support patients, their loved ones and NHS staff.

We were hoping that it would be a nice autumnal day in Salisbury, but alas Storm Aiden had other ideas...

Nevertheless, we loved every minute, knowing that we were running to help make a difference to thousands of people's lives across the UK.

Now, your favourite dynamic duo are back and this time we're taking on an even bigger fundraising challenge - The Royal Parks Half Marathon!

Just over double the distance of our previous attempt to be athletes, we're both excited and nervous for the race, which will take us through the heart of London bright and early on Sunday 10th October.

Anything you can give will mean a huge amount to us and countless others. By simply donating, you will be helping people throughout the country as they adjust to life-changing injuries and face extraordinarily difficult times.
