Story

It’s Friday 13th, it’s my birthday, and it’s Sport Relief. Somehow this combined in my mind to challenging myself to get active all day. I’ve come up with 5 different activities and I’m hoping that you’ll sponsor me £5 to do it.

Boot Camp is at 06:30am so an early start.  For the 5km run I’m adopting the Beat Beethoven challenge. My 20km bike ride will take me around Richmond Park (and to be truthful I’m hoping to stop for a cup of tea and slice of birthday cake on my way around). Then it’s off to the New Chiswick Pool for the swim and then home for Yoga (with Adrienne for those who know her).

If I could get 10 people to sponsor my page and donate £5 each I would be delighted. I’ll provide photographic evidence of my endeavours.
