Through my friend Kerryn, I met an inspirational woman who started Halo Children's Foundation to support children who suffer the loss of someone they love deeply so that their future is more positive.  Also, through my work, I see the impact of children losing parents, grandparents or siblings and the HUGE impact this have on them.  Children are strong....yet delicate....and need all the support and guidance they can to heal their emotional wounds and make their future more positive. 

On a personal level, I know some young children who are struggling with bereavement and it hurts me to see them struggling and have informed their parents about Halo as it is the only thing I can do to heal their pain. 

I am trying to raise £2000 through mufti days at the schools at our trust, running a quiz night and of course, shaving my hair.  Please give as generously as you can so that more children can receive the support they need.
