On the 8th September I am going to be running the Lichfield 10K for Cancer Research UK. I have chosen this charity as a family friend of ours Joe Lippiatt aged 31 sadly passed away last year after his courageous battle with melanoma cancer.

My employer Autosmart International Ltd has agreed to donate £100 so I am hoping to match their donation and raise another £100. The money raised will be put towards cancer research so hopefully in the future other people’s lives will not be cut so short.

Claire Lincoln will also be in my thoughts on this day as will Tony McHugh who is still fighting xx
