London Marathon Year Anniversary · 26 April 2020

NHS Charities Together and its members across the UK are hugely grateful for the support received from so many since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Story

This is a very a spontaneous thing (8pm tonight after wine) but following trundle wheel measurement and discovering that up and down the avenue where I live for a half marathon is 70 laps I will be starting at 11am  tomorrow (Sunday 26th) I will be wearing my running club vest to raise funds for our wonderful NHS!

Social distancing will be followed.

This time last year I was privileged to run the London Marathon which is a memory that will stay will me forever and I’m sorry for my fellow runners who have a place and won’t be at the start line tomorrow, your time to shine is not far away!

If Captain Tom Moore can do this, then so can I!
