St Barnabas Hospice is really quite a wonderful place, my Auntie spent the last few weeks of her life there, she was looked after with dignity and the staff don't just look after the patient, they were there for all our family even after Auntie Carol had passed away.  My lovely friend Edna also spent a great deal of time at St Barnabas she would go for respite care sometimes for a day and sometimes for a week or two, and she always felt like she was treated like a guest of a hotel rather than a patient in a hospital. So that's why I'm going to throw myself out of a plane - to make as much money for this wonderful place so they can support so many more people, either at the hospice or at home.
