I'm taking part in the Ride100. Riding 100 miles
from London back to my spiritual home Essex. I have chosen The Compassionate Friends UK charity as they have been a wonderful help to my friends Anna, Chris and Lucy Read on the loss of their son/brother who was tragically taken last October in a road traffic accident.
