This year is my 5th Great North Run, but I only remembered to start training couple of weeks ago, so it's still not getting any easier haha. Please spare any spare cash you can to help Alzheimer's UK get closer to finding a cure, or at least work towards mitigating the horrible effects of Alzheimer's, and help make my blistered form feel less horrendous as I crawl Gollum-like to South Shields metro after.
