To all my lovely friends and family.....

This year I am taking on the challenge of the BUPA great north run in September. 

I am doing this to raise as many pennies as possible for the cystic fibrosis trust, a charity which is very close to my heart.

As some of you may or may not know, a beautiful lady who is like a sister to me suffers from cf. She is one of the bravest people I know, without going into too much detail everybody who knows her understands how special she is. Throughout the 23 years I have known her she always has a smile on her face, despite feeling very poorly and being in and out of hospital. 

The CF trust supports people with CF and works hard to one day find a treatment to beat it for good.

Every penny will be so much appreciated xx
