On the 2nd October 2016 me and Nick Doyle are running the Cardiff half marathon. This is my second run raising money for MNDA, having ran my first last September. I am raising money for this great charity as MND is an illness with no cure and a short lifespan. 

My mother Clare Heraty was diagnosed with MND in December of 2012 and passed away in May of 2014. 
At the moment around 5000 people in the UK are affected each year and there is no treatment or cure. This disease takes away your voice and locks you into your body. Please help me honour my Mum's memory and raise money for this charity so that one day we can find a cure.
