Alex & Jake's Charity Cycle for Cystic Fibrosis

Every year we organise our annual charity fundraising night for the Cystic Fibrosis Unit at NGH in memory of Stephen Snell.
Stephen was 36 years old when he sadly passed away on the CF Unit in Sept 2017.
The CF Unit was like a second home to Stephen and the staff could not do more for him as they really go above and beyond for treating there patients.
Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a life-limiting genetic condition affecting more than 10,000 people across the UK. It affects the lungs and digestive system and can cause chronic infections and reduced lung function. Currently, half of those with CF will not live past age 41.
In the current climate with Covid19 and Social Distancing this year does not look like our 2020 Charity Night will go ahead. So Jake and Alex are cycling throughout all of June and aiming for 1000km between them both (juggling the children/work/lockdown living). It is now more than ever the CF Ward relies on generous donations.
Please help us support Jake and Alex on this ride for the Cystic Fibrosis Unit as it is greatly appreciated by the staff at the Unit and all the friends and family of Stephen and however much money is raised my work at HSBC will also match the total.
Thank You.
