Beefy's Walk 2012 - Cambridge - Wimpole Estate (National Trust) · 20 April 2012 ·

We're dedicated to beating blood cancer. We fund research and support those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. The day we beat blood cancer is now in sight and our researchers are determined to finish the job.

Story

I am removing my high heels for one day only!.... Well for 4 miles!!

On Friday April 20th, I along with my Mum and brother Luke have the pleasure in joining one of my Dads heros Sir Ian Botham on his Great British Walk to raise money for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.

In 2009 I saw personally how Leukaemia can turn a world upside down and take with it my hero. This walk seemed the perfect opportunity to firstly and most importantly raise some pennies (hopefully pounds!) but also to be a part of an experience I know my Dad would have delighted being involved in.

Any sponsors would be muchly appreciated. Every Little Helps.. Xxx
