We are taking part in Tough Mudder 5k Saturday 27th July 2019 at the Broughton Hall Estate in the Yorkshire Dales. There are 5 of us taking part Laura McDermott, Tim Waygood, Cath Riddiough, Emma Cartwright and Stephen Jennings all from different group functions within the business.

This is no easy task, 5k with 13 obstacles ranging from getting over high obstacles to going through ice troughs. Completely out of our comfort zone, but we will get through it knowing we are doing it for such a worthy cause.
