The Hospice at home team from Severn Hospice cared for mum so well in her last few days and we wish for any donations to be used to support the team continue this amazing work.  

Severn Hospice is there every day for families across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales living with an incurable illness.All its compassionate care and emotional support is provided for free but it can't do it alone - the hospice needs to raise £2 for every £3 it spends.
