Motor Neurone Disease Association is a charity very close to my family’s heart and I thought this would be the perfect challenge to help raise some money for this amazing charity in helping find a cure for MND! 

On Fri 23rd April I will be setting off at 4am to start the 4 x 4 x 48 challenge where I will be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours...wish me luck !!! 🤞🏼
