Story

Zoes Journey UK has two aims.To raise money to help further the vital canine cancer research currently being carried out at the University of Edinburgh. To support people whose pet has been diagnosed with cancer, or have lost their pet to cancer.

The 8th June marks one year since we lost Hetty, our 18month old golden retriever to cancer. Since that day we have held numerous fundraising events and have raised over £7000 for canine cancer research.

Since joining the Zoe’s Journey UK group we have supported many new members and sadly even though the world moves on, times are tough, other causes seem more worthy…cancer in dogs is still happening- to old and young dogs.

If you have a pet or have been touched by canine cancer we are asking that at some point this week you skip that morning coffee, the afternoon cake or the weekend ice-cream and donate the money to canine cancer research.

Sadly we never know which dog will be affected next but we really hope that we can continue to fund vital work that can really make a difference to the treatments and outcomes for others.
