Despite being a complete fitness failure, I'll be running up the 932 steps of Tower 42 in March in support of Shelter.

Not only that, I'm being filmed doing it for a video that'll be shared on Londonist's Facebook and Twitter pages, which have a combined total of more than two million followers. This is public humiliation on an epic scale - and that's gotta be worth a couple of quid, right?
