I am taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride on June 17th(54 miles). The bike ride is organised by British Heart foundation and although they are an excellent charity I would actually like to raise money for Cancer Research. My entry fee will go to British heart foundation and I raised money for them recently doing the London to Windsor bike ride therefore I felt I would help another charity with this latest challenge!

Cancer affects millions of individuals and families every year and without the research and expertise available to us there wouldn't be as many success stories.

Cancer is a disease that is close to home to me this year and it really has made me realise how important having hope and seeing a happy ending in sight is.
