Hi folks, 
Believe it or not I am doing the ladies 10k on 17th May.
I am doing this for epilepsy connections, a charity set up for people living with epilepsy and as you will already be aware it is a charity close to my heart with the tragic passing of my wee friend Ashley Dickson at the young age of 22! 
Please give as much or as little as you can to support such a great charity!
