Severn Hospice provided Nick with care and support at home, as well as looking after him in Shrewsbury for the last five weeks of his life.  They  allowed me to stay by his side the whole time, and were so caring and compassionate. Nick felt so settled in the hospice and was able to rest and be out of pain. 

This is a way of saying thank you to the hospice and raising money for future care to others.
