The day my life changed forever was the day my Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer 22 Aug 2012. By the time the cancer was found, it was to far advanced for my dad to be offered any treatment, the cancer was in his lungs, liver and eventually elsewhere.

He had a very short battle, less than 6 weeks following the diagnosis, he sadly passed away on 2nd October 2012.

Since my dad has been gone, ive been looking at ways to do a bit of fundraising and what better way to do it by setting myself a good challenge... The BUPA Manchester great run (10k)  Please donate what you can; anyone who knows me will know that this is going to be a big challenge for me (im not a natually fit and active person) so reaching my fundraising target in memory of my Dad will help me achieve my goal.
