On our next trip to the beautiful Lake District at the beginning of March, our Best Ones group will be taking part in the Cold Water Dip Challenge for Refuge this International Women's Day. Yep, we will be getting into -5 degrees Grasmere Lake 🥶

It's all for a great cause, on any given day, Refuge supports thousands of women and their children.
