3 out of 4 suicides in the UK are men. 13 take their lives everyday. 13 yesterday, 13 more today. 

Decathlon and HUMEN are tackling this emergency by encouraging people to #RiseAgainstSuicide and #MoveForYourMind because we can't always see the battles our friends, fathers, husbands, brothers or sons are facing but physical activity and a chance to talk and show our support can be an enormous help. 

Team Burt, a group of us- in memory of our dearest friend, are joining this walk on the 28th November at sunrise- walking a metre for each man lost to suicide every year and to show support for their family and friends. 

Please help us raise money, even raising £250 is enough for 100 men to access help from HUMEN.
